I was out and about in downtown Lawrence today. A cloudy, rainy day makes the Autumn colors pop! I simple had to share.
I have been waiting for Hank Charcuterie to open for weeks and today I finally got a chance to go there. Located at 1900 Mass in an old gas station building, Hank’s strives to be the link between the farm and your table. The space is industrial and quaint but still quite elegant at the same time. I love the combination of wood floors, tin ceilings, brick columns and stainless steel.
From their website:
In the farm-to-table scenario, Hank is the link between the barn/garden and your plate. We process meat and produce with a respect for the life and heritage of every ingredient and that passion is reflected in the food we create. At Hank, we appreciate the heritage and the story behind everything we make. We strive for our processes to do justice to the work of our local farmers, and hope to connect the community back to their food.
If you happen to be a lucky Lawrencian, do stop by and check it out. You won’t be disappointed. Oh, and of course I took some photos 🙂
