My flickr friend laeroport mentioned that she wanted to embroider one of my watercolors. I was thinking of that yesterday when I created this collage of sorts. My Granny taught me how to embroider and it was nice to think of her as I was making this piece. She always said my french knots were the best. I like the combination of the different textures and I think I might like to make one on canvas next with some different stitches added in.
