Baby Shitake Mushrooms 126/365, originally uploaded by Gallery32/Chocolata.
I decided to make some pasta for dinner tonight. While pursuing the produce I spied these baby shitakes. YUMMY! After slicing them up, I noticed how they looked on the cutting board and decided it would be the perfect subject for a new photoshop process I just learned.
It’s pretty simple. Just duplicate the layer, add the soft focus filter, and play around with opacity and fill until you like it. It really adds some depth to the photo.
I also found out about a cool online tool called Picnik. It’s and on-line photo editor that is free and allows you to manipulate your photos from basic editing to fake Polaroids and Holgas. Way cool! You should have a go.
TGIF!

I really love this photo! The contrasting colors. The sharp edges of a soft vegetable. A nice portrayal of rigid and gentle. Thanks for sharing.
You are welcome lovely Trina
